Drill pocket holes, flat bottom holes, etc. using any 10mm or larger handheld drill or stationary drill. Standard Forstner drill bits are well known for their ability to drill clean, splinter-free holes in wood. Made from quality steel. Large throats milled into the tool body provide exceptional chip clearance.
Forstner bits drill precise, flat-bottomed holes in wood in any orientation relative to the wood grain. They can cut the edge of a block of wood and drill overlapping holes. Because of the flat bottom of the hole, they are useful for piercing already glued veneers to add an inlay.
