Pinnacle Stainarc 312 Stainless Steel Welding Rods are rutile coated welding electrodes used to weld troublesome steel. The weld deposit is an austenitic chromium-nickel alloy. Welding electrodes are an excellent choice for welding stainless steel to troublesome steel, mild steel to low alloy steels, high alloy steels, manganese steel and high chromium welded metals. It is machinable and scale resistant up to 1000 degrees Celsius. It has a stable arc, smooth and finely corrugated seams, very easy slag removal, simple to weld in DC and AC. It is suitable for buffer layer before hard surface of dredger teeth, crusher jaws, crusher cones, beater arms, knives and dies in plastic processing industry, hot cutting plates, hot cutting knives, hot stamps and punches .
